By enrolling in our bootcamp and making payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. About Our Program

KairosLabs Academy offers a 10 to 12-week bootcamp to help you upskill in high-demand tech fields, including:

• Product Management

• UI/UX Design

• Data Analysis

• Software Testing

• Cybersecurity

• Python for Web Development
  
  
  

Our instructors are professionals from top global companies like Meta, Google, Eventbrite, and MoneyGram, bringing world-class experience to the classroom.

2. Use of Resources

• Once enrolled, you will gain access to exclusive learning materials such as videos, templates, assignments, and live sessions.

• All content is the intellectual property of KairosLabs Academy and is provided solely for your personal learning.

• Do not share, distribute, or sell any course resources.

• Violations will lead to immediate removal from the program without refund.
  
  
  

3. Attendance & Certification

To earn your Certificate of Completion, you must:

• Attend at least 75% of live classes

• Complete assignments and actively participate in the program
  
  
  

KairosLabs Academy reserves the right to withhold certificates if participation or engagement is below the expected level.

4. Payment Policy

• You can pay in full or in two installments:

  • A minimum 50% payment is required to begin the bootcamp.

  • The remaining balance must be paid within one month of the start date.

• Access to class resources will only be granted after the first payment.
  
  
  

5. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued once you start attending classes or accessing course materials.

• If you request a refund before classes begin, you may be eligible for a refund, but only within 7 days of payment.

• No partial refunds or withdrawals are allowed once the program is in progress.
  
  
  

6. Code of Conduct

We expect all learners to:

• Respect fellow students and instructors

• Engage with honesty and professionalism

• Avoid any form of disruptive or harmful behavior

7. Privacy Policy

KairosLabs Academy respects your privacy. We collect only the personal information necessary to manage your enrollment, communicate with you, and improve our services. We do not share or sell your data to third parties. By joining our program, you consent to our use of your information for learning and support purposes only.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the program without refund.
